I stumbled upon their site while searching for a product that I wanted to repurchase as Memebox didn't carry it anymore 😒 which, sidenote, I hate it when products disappear off Memebox. Anywho, this site didn't have it either, but I liked their site and the products they had so I decided to give it a whirl.
They have really good shipping times, considering the products are coming all the way from Korea. If you've ever ordered products from abroad than you know that waiting anywhere from 4-6 weeks is the norm...maybe 2 or 3 weeks if you're lucky, so the fact that their standard shipping only takes 5-10 business days is pretty awesome...btw, my order got to me in 5 business days.
They also have great timely customer service as well...as far as I can tell from my one interaction with them. I had a welcome coupon code that I wanted to use, which if you're a new visitor to the site a pop up will appear asking for your email if you'd like to save 10% on your first order...you know those standard first time visitor pop ups. Anywho, I signed up and got my coupon code and went to use it, but it kept coming up as an error and wouldn't go through so I emailed them before I went to bed and the next morning I had a response from them that it was fixed and the coupon code should work, so I went and tried it and it did work so no complaints here.
I do hate that they don't have free shipping, but the cost of shipping isn't that expensive (it was only $4.95) and I had that 10% welcome coupon code which took care of that so not a big deal.
