THOUGHTS
February 6th, 2017: So I went for several days without using hand lotion to test this out (hence the very dry, rough, flaky, wrinkly hands), and while it did provide a decent amount of moisture, I don't know that I would say this is an "intense" moisturizing treatment as described above. With continued regular use you could probably get your hands sufficiently moisturized and healed and back to normal, but at $5 a pop I would rather invest in a bottle of lotion and use that instead.

The main draw for me with this hand mask was that it's supposed to heat up, which allows the treatment to really sink into the skin and work its magic to moisturize, nourish, heal, and protect the hands, but the warming function was a bit finicky. It took a solid 5-6 minutes to even begin heating up, which only heated the top side of the hand, and then a few more minutes after that for it to spread a bit more to the tops of my knuckles and part of the tops of my fingers...the warmth was mainly very localized to the top middle portion of the hand. Even then the warmth kind of came and went and wasn't very consistent. Rubbing the tops of my hands seemed to help reactive the warmth, but when I stopped it would start to cool off again so that was a bit of a letdown.

Something that I really liked about this hand mask though was that it was made to be used with electronics...it's touch compatible. The hand masks are formulated to allow you to use your touchscreen smartphone and your computer and it really does work. I had no issues using the trackpad on my laptop and using my smartphone to swipe and text etc. so you're free to use your hands with this on.

Would I repurchase this though? No. Like I said above I would rather invest in a bottle of lotion instead. It's not bad, but it's not amazing and it does cost a pretty penny, so it's a pass for me.
