Hype Playlist - Songs that Motivate Me to Workout (Music)
Hi Guys!
Today I thought I would share some of my go to songs for motivation when I just don't feel like working out. These are the songs that hype me up and energize me and keep me on track and keep me going, which if you haven't been keeping up with my fitness journey you can do so here: https://ahnspired.blogspot.com//search/label/HEALTH. These are the songs that motivate me to get my butt up and go exercise...or at the very least dance around my home and shake my booty and get activity into my day, but before I share the songs, shall I get a bit corny with these song titles?
So...these are the songs that inspire me to "walk it out" and "break a sweat" and I "don't stop, can't stop" especially when I "remember the name" of the game, which is fitness and health because I'm a "Survivor". Ok, so maybe not my best work, but it works...right? It makes sense?
