VERDICT
This is a total pass for me. This mascara has a very wet formula that WILL NOT dry. It stays wet for forever and during that time it will smudge and get EVERYWHERE. I ended up just wiping it off completely...not that it matters because this also does NOTHING for my lashes whatsoever. I know my lashes are notoriously difficult by nature to work with and doesn't like to cooperate so it's hard for me to find a mascara that will work with them, but generally they all do something for them even though it may not check off every single requirement that I want. This however does absolutely nothing. It doesn't volumize (I would even take some clumping action, but nope), doesn't lengthen, doesn't hold a curl, and it doesn't dry down...hence it's not smudge proof. The only thing this mascara does do is give me raccoon eyes. That's about it.
