VERDICT
August 15th, 2016: This stuff smells bad, but it does work and the smell is manageable. It's not to the point where I can't use it, but I don't reach for it as often as I would if it smelled nicer. However, it is a very good product...even though it doesn't give me the amazingly visually satisfying results that have been floating around the web...you know where there's a ton a sebaceous filaments stuck to it and it looks so gross, but is oh sooo satisfying to gawk at?
Anywho, it does do a great job of clearing out my pores and keeping them clean and small for a long while though. Definitely better than those nose pore strips. Those don't last at all. I feel like it cleans it out and is good for like a day before it reverts back to normal, but this stuff actually kept my nose in shape for like a week maybe a little more.
Oh, and this stuff takes FOREVER to dry so that's the other con. It smells bad and takes forever to dry. I've never gotten it completely 100% dry before peeling it off...maybe that's why I don't get the visually satisfying results. I wait as long as I can stand (about 45 min to an hour) and then I'm just like screw it...it's dry enough!
Would I repurchase this again? Probably not, but I will definitely use this up while I do have it. I don't reach for this often, but I do reach for it. If you're someone that is oblivious to scents than go for it and check it out. If you're super sensitive to bad scents then stay away. If you're somewhere in between then it's a matter of figuring out if the benefits of this (which it does do a good job) outweigh the bad smell...and the long drying time, but mainly the bad scent.
