August 28th, 2016: Great cleansing oil for removing makeup. Leaves your face clean and moisturized. I've since found a cleansing balm/oil that I like better, but this is still a good one and travel friendly so I take it on the road with me.

VERDICT
This performs exactly like the original charcoal Konjac sponge. The fact that this one is a Kaolin Clay Konjac makes no difference. That said, it is a very nice Konjac sponge for cleansing/exfoliating your face just like the charcoal. It's gentle enough for everyday use and leaves your skin feeling nice and clean.

Great sponge for cleansing/exfoliating your face. It's a gentle soft exfoliator that really leaves your skin looking and feeling nice. My skin looks much better since I started incorporating this into my skincare routine.

VERDICT
Purchased the bigger one for the body cause I liked the face sponge so much. Don't know that I like the body sponge as much as the face sponge. I feel like it's a little too gentle for the body. While gentle is the way to go for the face, when it comes to the body I like a good scrub.

As I was using this product I thought it was going to be a fail item, but boy was I sorely mistaken. I must've just psyched myself out of thinking it was good because I'm so conditioned to using foamy and lathery cleansers and because this isn't a lathery cleanser (I mean it didn't lather up even a little bit) I felt like it wasn't really doing a good job? But then I dried my face and I felt my skin and I was like Oh, wow...because this left my skin so nice and soft and supple and hydrated I was pleasantly taken aback.
Apparently if you want to make the cleanser more lathery they suggest using this with one of their konjac sponges for a "super-luxe lather" so I will definitely have to try it out that way, but this stuff is awesome regardless...even without the lather.
Also, I love the packing on this. I love that it's a solid stick cleanser. It makes it so easy to use and apply and it makes this an awesome product for travel. I would definitely recommend giving this a go...especially if you're someone that does a lot of traveling.
One thing to note though...this thing is expensive. Full price this is $28 and you only get 1.94 oz worth of product. That's not even half the average size of a cleanser which is 5 oz and above. Not only that, but I feel like this cleanser will go faster than a normal cleanser as well because with a normal cleanser I just take a dime sized amount and lather it up, but this melts down rather quickly as you swipe it all over your face (probably due to all the delicious oils in the ingredient list) so I feel like it won't last for very long.

VERDICT
I prefer my TonyMoly sleeping pack over this one because it's more heavy duty and healing, but nonetheless this is a nice sleeping mask for when your skins behaving. Also because it's a lighter formula and not so heavy duty and intense like the TonyMoly sleeping pack this could be a nice alternative for the Summer when you don't need as much hydration and healing of dry flaky skin as you do in the winter.

VERDICT
Umm...I don't know how I feel about this product. It's definitely lightweight and absorbs right into the skin, but I can't tell if it really does anything. Better than nothing, but nothing spectacular that knocks my socks off. I guess I'm just kinda meh about it. Will definitely finish the bottle, but I don't have any plans to repurchase it.
