It's been a hot minute since I've done a haul post, but with the holiday shopping season upon us...you can expect me to make up for that. I probably shouldn't be spending so much money (not because I can't afford it, you should NEVER spend beyond your means, but because I should save and put it to better use), but stuff is so expensive nowadays I feel like those dollars add up real fast. I didn't even get a lot of stuff...at least I don't feel like I got a lot of stuff. Is 6 products considered a lot? Anywho, it still ended up costing so much money even with 20% off.
If I had gotten everything that was sitting in my cart (which was still not everything I wanted) I probably would've spent like $500...and that's without the new Dyson Airwrap set, so I did reign it in and pear down my list significantly. There is one more thing that I wish I would've kept in my cart, or at least traded for one of the other products that I did get, especially since it was limited edition, but it's too late now. The product I wish I would've gotten is the Marc Jacobs Enamored Hi-Shine Lip Lacquer in Shine A Light.
Since the Fenty Beauty isn't limited edition and the Marc Jacobs is, I kind of wish I would've gotten the Marc Jacobs instead and held off on the Fenty until the next VIB sale in the spring, but I was looking at the numbers and trying to bring down my overall spending and the Fenty was cheaper, so I went with that instead...but the gold is so beautiful and probably would've been perfect for the upcoming holiday season.
Anywho, no use lamenting over spilt milk. As for everything else, I am super excited to get and try these out (not that I'm not still excited for my Fenty lip gloss). You'll notice a trend of anti-aging skincare in this haul and that's because I've been really into anti-aging lately. I feel like my skin has suffered and gone through a lot this past year and it's really starting to show, so fingers crossed that I can help to reverse the clock with the help of these products...although I already know that the J.One Jelly Cream is working wonders on my skin.
