HOW TO USE
After properly cleansing face, apply a toner or softener. Remove sheet mask from packaging and apply on to face in line with the holes for the eyes and mouth. Using fingers, ensure firm contact of mask to skin by smoothing out air pockets. Leave the mask on for 15 minutes and then gently remove. Take the remaining essence in the packaging on to hands and pat onto skin. No additional care is needed after using the mask treatment except for morning use, where using a SPF and sun product is highly recommended to protect skin from harmful uv rays.

VERDICT
November 3rd, 2017: This pillowy soft sheet mask is made of a black fiber that is not super thin, but on the thinner side. As for the fit, it appears to be an average fit, but I think it's a bit smaller. To me it looked pretty standard, maybe just a teeny bit smaller than average, but in terms of the feel, it definitely felt smaller. You know that feeling when you're wearing clothing thats one size smaller than your actual size. It fits, but it's uncomfortable. It felt like that on my face.

As for the adherence, it was ok. It didn't feel the most secure, but it's not like it was sliding off my face...but then again, like I said above, it felt small so it felt tight and I kept trying to adjust the sheet mask on my face to make it feel more comfortable and was messing with it so that could be why it didn't feel as secure. Also, this did have a scent pulling it out of the packaging...it had a sweet charcoal burned wood type of scent, but once applied to the face you don't really smell it anymore.

Aside from the whole it feels like I'm wearing clothing a size too small for me, it did feel nice on the face. It was cooling and the material feels nice against the skin. Once removed, it does leave behind a nice layer of serum, which takes a couple minutes to pat in. Initially, the leftover serum does feel sticky and tacky, but once you let it completely absorb into the face, which will take several more minutes that stickiness and tackiness does start to fade away...but not completely. There's still like 1% of tackiness left over...sort of like a used post-it note type of tackiness?

When you go to layer on the rest of your skincare though, it seems to reactivate that tackiness, but it fades away once again as your skincare absorbs into the skin...but again not completely. That 1% of tackiness remains on the skin, which makes this feel a bit suffocating and occlusive. It's probably not enough to bother the average person, but for me...I don't like feeling my skincare in the slightest. Even though it's slight, it still bothers me...so I ended up rinsing my face with water and reapplying my skincare.

While it does provide hydration, that slightly occlusive suffocating feeling hydration, as far as it's other claims I didn't find them to be true. I didn't find this to be brightening, it didn't make my skin feel smooth and supple (just every so slightly tacky) and honestly it didn't look or feel like it really did much of anything other than hydrate occlusively, so this is a definite pass for me. Not a fan. While not completely horrible, it's not average either. It's somewhere in between, so save your money. There are so many better sheet masks out there than this one in my opinion, but if you're the opposite of me and like that occlusive type of hydration then perhaps you'll like this...but I still think there's better out there.
