Yeah! I finally made a purchase from Glow Recipe! I have been wanting to purchase products from here for months now, but the price point of the products on this website are higher (understandable because they have higher quality products chock full of amazing ingredients from what I can tell) and they rarely ever seem to have a sale so I've been waiting for Black Friday in the hopes of a good sale so I can splurge.

It ended up not being a hugely gratifying sale, but they did offer a decent 25% off for Black Friday so I took advantage. Surprisingly I didn't get much from Memebox. I was expecting to get a ton of stuff from here and gauge a hold in my wallet like I always do, but I was actually quite disappointed by their Black Friday sale, which in the end fared better for my wallet...not that I didn't get anything though, but honestly if they hadn't given me $5 in Memebox points to use, which was only valid for use that weekend, I probably would have skipped Memebox altogether. Oh, how easily I'm swayed.

While they did have a couple awesome products that I love on sale as doorbusters, I was already stocked up on those particular things and I was really more distracted by and focused on getting new products to test out so I was unimpressed by what they had going on...and of course the one doorbuster I really wanted was sold out, but overall I wasn't really feeling their doorbusters or vault boxes and they didn't have any % off promotions going on so I could pick out what I wanted so yeah...as much as I LOVE Memebox, I wasn't really feeling them this time around. BUT, like I said they did give me $5 in points to spend so even though the Oolu products weren't on sale I did pick up 3 of the 5 items that I've really been wanting from that line.

Sephora had so many different gift sets to choose from, but these are the 3 brands that I've been dying to try.

Number 1 at the top of my list was belif. I have heard so many awesome things about this brand and their products so I've had my eyes on this line for awhile now. I did try out the aqua bomb tester at Sephora before placing this order and it made a very good first impression on me, so I'm really excited to give this entire a set a go.
