VERDICT

July 18th, 2017: I LOVE this shampoo. I have found some great shampoos over the past year and a half and depending on what your needs are and what you're looking for in a shampoo will dictate which one you should get, but this one does exactly what it's meant to do...it actually prevents hair loss.
I shed a lot of hair...like A LOT of hair. I often joke that I'm surprised I'm not bald because I shed so much hair...even my mom is concerned and bugs me about going to a specialist because she thinks I shed an excessive amount of hair, but I heard it's actually normal to shed about 50-100 strands of hair a day and for some even 150 strands so I think I'm ok? While I don't and haven't ever sat there and counted every single strand that I've shed in a day I definitely don't think I'm shedding THAT amount of hair, so I do have some peace of mind about that after hearing that statistic, but it's still extremely annoying shedding so much hair so I decided to give this a whirl and boy oh boy does it make a world of difference.
I think I only shed like a few hairs throughout the ENTIRE day...like I can count on one hand the amount of hairs that I shed...that's how little I shed after using this shampoo. However, you do have to keep consistently using it for it to be effective. Once you switch to a different shampoo or go for too long between washes, your hair will go back to shedding it's normal amount so I have to make sure to consistently shampoo my hair with this particular shampoo every other day to keep the shedding in check. Not only does this work to prevent hair loss, it also leaves your hair feeling silky smooth and soft and shiny, which I love, so its just a great shampoo overall as well.
I find that, in terms of strengthening, the Hair+ Velvet Injection Shampoo: https://ahnspired.blogspot.com/2016/10/hair-haircare.html does a better job...it actually leaves your individual strands feeling physically thicker and stronger so if that's what you need that I would go with that one, but for shedding issues and anti-hair loss then go with this one. If you just want a general overall great keep your hair moisturized healthy silky smooth and shiny than the La'dor shampoo: https://ahnspired.blogspot.com/2016/04/lador.html is great.
For me, I have thin fine hair that sheds a lot so I naturally gravitate more towards the Ryo and Hair+ Velvet since I've discovered them and don't really use the La'dor anymore, but I do love all three and whole heartedly recommend all three of these shampoos. The only way a shampoo could be better is if I could find one that was a combination of the Ryo and Hair+ Velvet so I could have the physically thickening effect of each individual strand whilst not shedding much hair. I tried doing a 50/50 mixture of the shampoos at once, but that just made the shampoos ineffective. I was still shedding a lot of hair and my individual strands weren't really thickened, so simply mixing the two doesn't work.
Anywho, I feel like I could just ramble on about the shampoos for forever so let me just stop here. All three are fabulous and I recommend all three...this one especially if you too shed a lot of hair like me. It really does work wonders to limit your hair loss...and you will notice results after even just one use. Definitely Ahn approved, and it gets two thumbs up and five out of five stars from me.
Oh and one last note, this doesn't smell the best. It's got that asian herbal "hanbang" scent to it. If you enjoy that type of scent then you will love this shampoo, but I'm not really a fan of the herbal scents...however, it's not enough to be off putting and I am fine with still using it every other day to wash my hair.
